If you need some menstrual pads, I'll take fabric scraps, ruined clothing, zines, handmade items and other stuff in exchange. They are washable and reusable.

Are they made out of organic or synthetic fibers? My girlfriend's just been using the sleeve of my jacket. It's made of wool.
